The Basic Package of services does not include the following items, which are optional and available from BuySelf Realty: 1. Pricing Your Home: See "Individually Priced Home Sale Services" in the Home Sale Store for pricing and more information. 2. Agent Showing Scheduling: This is a new optional service, where BuySelf Realty answers Realtor calls and schedules the showings for you. This is a time saving service that is perfect if you will be out of town for some of the time your home will be for sale-please call for information and pricing information. The price for this service is less than $100 for the entire length of your listing. 3. Inquiries from buyers without agents: You answer these calls directly and show the home yourself, which is a great opportunity to save and additional 2.5 to 3.5% of your home sale price. Our service for this is called "Custom Full Service Solutions"-please call for information and pricing information. 4. In Person Meetings: While you get unlimited answers to your questions about preparing your home, negotiations, and anything else about your home sale, as well as step by step guidance and examples of the paperwork, we do not meet with you in person. You are also free to visit our office to start your listing (please call so we will be ready to serve you). If you wish to have additional in person meetings for part or all of the home selling process, please call and ask about our Full Service Solutions. 5. Closing Arrangement: You can arrange your own closing or we are happy to take care of the arrangement and attend closing with you. Other costs you will incur upon selling your home are title updating charges, real estate closing fees, recording fees, courier fees, government taxes, and government user fees. BuySelf Realty does not charge any of these fees or receive any part of the funds paid for these services.  |
