This service enables the buyer and seller to have a professional real estate agent guide them through the sale process from beginning to end. Buyer and seller need to answer simple questions, provide the sales price they have agreed to, and information about the property and themselves necessary to complete the transaction. One of BuySelf Realty’s agents will:
- Interview/obtain the necessary information from buyer and seller to complete the paperwork necessary to close a residential real estate transaction.
- Provide the necessary disclosures, inspections, purchase agreements, addenda, mortgage documents if necessary, and closing arrangements/orders for a standard form transaction.
- Handle the standard communication between all the parties involved in the transaction, including buyer, seller, lender, title company, appraiser, closing company, etc.
- Answer the buyer and sellers real estate agent-related questions.
- Arrange for the buyer to obtain a mortgage at competitive rates with a reputable lender.
- Available whether buyer has an agent or is representing themselves.
