One of BuySelf Realty's agents will: *Interview/obtain the necessary information from buyer and seller to complete the paperwork necessary to close a residential real estate transaction. *Provide the necessary disclosures, inspections, purchase agreements, addenda, mortgage documents if necessary, and closing arrangements/orders for a standard form transaction. *Handle the standard communication between all the parties involved in the transaction, including buyer, seller, lender, title company, appraiser, closing company, etc. *Answer the buyer and sellers real estate agent-related questions. *Arrange for the buyer to obtain a mortgage at competitive rates with a reputable lender. *Available whether buyer has an agent or is representing themselves.
