In Person Listing and Pricing Consultation
You won't need to lift a finger to get listed, other than to open the door. Also available for out of town sellers (see below).
We will visit your property, and complete the steps necessary for you to get listed:
- Suggest the optimal listing price, and provide a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) of nearby similar sold properties for your review.
- Photograph your property for digital upload of 25+ photos to websites and the MLS listing.
- Complete the MLS listing input forms necessary for input into the Multiple Listing Service.
- Assist the seller(s) with signing the required property disclosures and listing agreement forms necessary to sell a property.
- Answer the question “What should I do to get my property ready?” Provide staging, clean up, and/or home improvement prioritized list of suggestions to make your property more attractive to buyers.
Out of town sellers: We will make arrangements to view the property, then set up a phone call where we will discuss the pricing suggestion, property information, and forms that we email or mail to you.
Like all real estate brokers and agents, our services do not include an appraisal, attorney legal advice, tax advice, or professional photographer. Upfront flat fee payment option is non-refundable, even if property does not sell. Half percent at closing payment option: (1) requires the listing of the property with BuySelf Realty, (2) payment is contingent upon closing, (3) the half percent amount is the greater of one half percent or $599 (minimum of $599), (4) if listing is canceled or removed from market before the listing expires, there is a $50 fee, and (5) requires a $50 deposit, which is returned if listing expires without selling or at closing.
