MLS Package

For sellers who would like a little more, we offer the MLS Package. It includes everything in the MLS Only package PLUS a custom-printed shipped yard sign with stakes, a key lockbox, and regular market updates via email. This package is a great option at a great price, and is ideal if you want the MLS and all the necessary items to sell your home.

The listing length is up to you! Choose from a 7 or 12-month listing length using the drop-down box above. If your plans change, you can cancel anytime so you never need to worry about being trapped in a contract you don't want.
