Includes everything you need to sell a home on your own available in a package for a great price. This package is ideal if you want the MLS and all the necessary items to sell your home. The listing length is up to you! Choose from a 7 or 12-month listing length using the drop-down box above. If your plans change, you can cancel anytime so you never need to worry about being trapped in a contract you don't want. The package includes:

• Step by Step Professional Guidance - Experienced Realtor help, unlimited answers to your questions by a local Minnesota licensed agent and use of real estate trust account.
• Your Own 25 Photo Website with easy to advertise BuySelf.com/4426 [your house number] URL and up to 25 photos that you submit to us.

You may cancel your listing at any time if your plans change. Unused months are not refundable. This package is also available with your choice of optional tools to help attract more buyers to your home. During the order process, you will be asked if you want to add any of the following items:
