Current market conditions and information about the area are used to establish an opinion of value for the subject property.

How it works:
1. Order the service.
2. You will be called to schedule the property viewing within 1-2 business days.
3. You will receive the report by email within 1-2 business days of the property viewing.
Important: Licensee performing the Broker Price Opinion (BPO) is not the licensee who will be listing the property. This service includes the analysis and report. Presentation/meeting of the BPO, discussion, or followup answers to questions may not be available or may have additional costs. Not available in all areas or property types. Some remote areas may be available with a trip surcharge fee, which the seller would need to pre-approve. Property types other than single family, condominium, or townhomes may have surcharges, which seller would need to approve in advance. Report format may be different from sample. On rare occasions viewing scheduling or report delivery may be 3-4 business days. Price above assumes purchased with an MLS listing through this website. BPO price for a property not listed or listed with another company is $199.
