- Traditional Realtors often
charge 7% plus a $349 "compliance fee."
- BuySelf Realty costs
assume you purchase the one month basic package at $599, and offer a 3%
commission to the buyer's Realtor (you may offer as little as 2.5%). The
3% must be paid only if the buyer has a Realtor, otherwise it is not
paid.
- Worst case savings
represent where the buyer of your property is represented by a Realtor
and therefore if you accept their offer you pay the 3% commission to
that Realtor at closing.
- Best case savings
represent where the buyer of your property does not have a Realtor and
therefore you do not pay any commission at closing. BuySelf Realty
promotes your home to thousands of buyers without Realtors, so many of
our customers pay no selling commission and save big.
- Closing costs are charged
by title companies, and their fees vary greatly among companies. As a
rule, the most expensive fees are charged by companies owned and having
the same name as real estate companies. BuySelf Realty can arrange your
closing with the lowest cost quality service provider, which often saves
an additional $350 or more.
